gpty v0.5.3
v0.5.3 is the audit release: a security pass over the whole codebase, one capability removed on purpose, and the hardening that came out of it — plus the terminal work that was queued behind it. Panes track the mouse for the apps that ask, painting text got a fifth cheaper, and a flooding pane now slows itself down instead of spending every frame on the UI thread.

gpty v0.5.1
v0.5.1 makes gPTY persistent: scrollback survives restarts and becomes full-text searchable (with a new search UI), named workspaces keep panes alive across switches, and the whole pane API is exercised by a live smoke test in CI.

gpty v0.5.2
v0.5.2 is the Agent State & Adapters release: terminals can now report what an agent is doing through authenticated events, a published OSC declaration, or plain heuristics; and the titlebar shows it at a glance. The event channel speaks an adapter-neutral vocabulary on every platform, and Inspector gains a generic CLI backend so any agent CLI can answer questions.

gpty v0.5.0
v0.5.0 marks the ADE release milestone - an agent-facing API on top of the PTY foundation; stable pane IDs, pane read/status/run/wait, event subscriptions, broadcast, and a shipped agent skill.

gpty v0.3.2
Fifth release — security hardening, plus a round of test-coverage and documentation work. Ran an external audit to weed out any egregious mishaps (no guarantee that all were caught). Added some much-needed test coverage. And onwards we go, at vibe-speed!

gpty v0.3.1
Fourth release — stability, Windows support, and concept management. Minor release - exploring concept management and extensibility. Added some basic QoL features and tested out the Windows build. I don’t own a Mac so I’ll have to rely on the community (if anyone ever finds this piece of software that is).

gpty v0.3.0
Third release — CLI, MCP, and AI integration. The highlight of this release is the CLI control - daemon mode. A lot of kinks and bugs to iron out, but a milestone (personal only) nevertheless.

gpty v0.2.0
Second release. Minor improvements, still a very alpha feel to it. Experimenting with window modes, a status bar - VS Code has been the inspiration for the status bar.

gpty v0.1.0
First release! 6 days, 193 commits. Feels like we’re in a state that could be pushed up to remote. The app launches and we have the basics in place. A terminal! And a tiling grid! Concepts engine still very alpha and a work in progress.
